Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Interseqtion (the “Platform”), a games aggregation service that connects registered operators to third-party casino, live dealer, and sportsbook content through a single unified integration. By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is provided to licensed gambling operators and content providers. End users must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher). Interseqtion reserves the right to request proof of licensing and to suspend access pending verification.

2. Account & Access

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Aggregated Content

Interseqtion does not itself operate the underlying games, tables, or sportsbook markets available through the Platform. These are supplied by independent, licensed third-party studios and operators. Interseqtion is responsible for the aggregation layer, wallet, and integration experience; individual game rules, odds, and RTP are set by the respective content provider.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the Platform if prohibited from doing so by the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You may not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the Platform’s bonus engine, wallet system, or game outcomes.
  • You may not circumvent limits, promotions, or restrictions, or misrepresent your licensing status.
  • You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform outside the documented API.

5. Wallet & Settlement

Balances held through the Interseqtion wallet are used to access aggregated content across all verticals. Settlement and reconciliation are subject to the commercial terms of your integration agreement and applicable anti-money-laundering checks.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform — excluding third-party game content, which remains the property of its respective studio — are the property of Interseqtion or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” Interseqtion is not liable for losses arising from gameplay, third-party provider outages, or decisions made based on information presented on the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

Interseqtion may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
