Responsible Gambling
Interseqtion supplies content to licensed operators, who are responsible for player-facing responsible gambling programmes. As a content and technology partner, we build the tools that let operators protect their players — and we take that responsibility seriously.
Age Requirement
Gambling is strictly for adults. Operators using content aggregated through Interseqtion must ensure every player is at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, with identity and age verification before withdrawals are released.
Tools We Enable
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much a player can add to their wallet.
- Loss limits: caps on the amount a player is willing to lose over a chosen period.
- Session reminders: reality-check prompts showing elapsed time and net results during play.
- Cool-off periods: temporary account locks from 24 hours up to several weeks.
- Self-exclusion: longer-term or permanent exclusion applied across every aggregated provider.
Recognising the Signs
Gambling may be becoming a problem when a player chases losses, spends more time or money than intended, gambles to escape stress, borrows money to gamble, or neglects work, relationships, or responsibilities because of play.
Where to find support
Independent organisations offer free, confidential help for anyone affected by gambling — whether personally or through a friend or family member.
If you or someone you know needs support, national and regional gambling-support services and helplines can provide guidance and next steps.
Support for Family & Friends
If you’re concerned about someone else’s gambling, independent national and regional support organisations can offer guidance for family members and friends affected by a loved one’s play.
This page is part of a design concept for Interseqtion and does not represent an operating, licensed gambling business. If you are in crisis or experiencing distress, please contact a local crisis line or emergency services.
